  Booth Fees:
  
  The cost is $50 per space + 1 raffle item to participate. You may request a maximum of two spaces.
  Standard booth is a 9' x 9' square space and includes a 6' x 3' rectangle table, two chairs.
  All items must be displayed within your marked space. Merchandise cannot block the aisle or encroach on your neighbor-vendors' space.
  No electrical outlets will be available.
  We will do our best to accommodate each person's request.
  Visitation Parish will not be responsible or liable for loss, theft of, or damage to exhibitor's items, or for personal injury or the loss of money during the Blessed Boutique.
  Each vendor is asked to share information about Visitation's Blessed Boutique on their own website site or other social media and invite shoppers.
  You release Visitation Parish, its agents, officers, and directors of any liability and claims that may arise from any injuries, damages, or losses suffered or incurred by you or to your property in connection with this event. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organizers from and against all actions for personal injury, property damage, or death arising or resulting from or in connection with the operation of your concession, including claims by your employees. Further, you agree that this release is binding on your heirs, executors, and assigns. Failure to comply with the above rules is considered a breach of contract agreement and shall result in the termination of this contract.
  
  The day of Blazer Boutique:
  
  Vendors can begin setting up after 3:15 pm on Wednesday, November 13th, in the Valentino Center - 851 S York St. Elmhurst, IL. 60126.
  Each vendor is responsible for monitoring their display area. Vendors will need a cash box and/or payment device. Visitation will provide guests access to Wi-Fi.
  Please make certain that all merchandise is priced clearly.
  There will be Visitation RE students available to help you unload your cars and get your goods to your booth space.
  All vendors are asked to donate a piece of merchandise to the Trinity raffle before the doors open.
  Visitation is a smoke-free campus.
  No lit candles are allowed at the event.
  Vendors are asked to keep their space clean and dry for the safety of all attendees.
